Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, directing them to the appropriate department or staff member.
- Manage incoming calls with a professional and friendly demeanor, utilizing a multi-line phone system.
- Perform general clerical duties including data entry, filing, and photocopying.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and package deliveries efficiently.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining the company calendar.
- Update and maintain office databases and records with a high degree of accuracy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook).
