Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome visitors with a professional demeanor, manage the reception area, and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments.
- Data Entry: Input, update, and maintain accurate records in our CRM and database systems with a focus on speed and high accuracy.
- Calendar Management: Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings, ensuring no conflicts arise.
- Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for incoming inquiries via email and phone, providing exceptional customer service.
- Document Control: Scan, file, and organize physical and digital documents, ensuring easy retrieval.
- Mail Services: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier deliveries efficiently.
- Office Support: Assist with basic administrative tasks to support the overall operations of the office.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist, administrative assistant, or data entry role.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace; experience with data entry software is a plus.
- Typing: Demonstrated typing speed of at least 45 WPM with high accuracy.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Professionalism: Must be a self-starter with a professional appearance and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Reliability: Must be able to work full-time hours with a consistent attendance record.
