Responsibilities
- Greet and direct visitors and clients with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls using multi-line phone systems.
- Perform high-volume data entry tasks with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems.
- Schedule appointments and manage internal calendars.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks and expense reporting.
- Prepare and distribute internal memos and correspondence.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a receptionist or administrative support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong typing speed (45+ WPM) and data entry accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
