Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors to the office in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage the multi-line phone system, answering inquiries and routing calls efficiently.
- Perform high-volume data entry tasks with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Maintain and organize physical and electronic filing systems.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Assist with general administrative support, including scheduling and word processing.
- Update company databases and records as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or in an administrative support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Fast and accurate typing speed (minimum 45 WPM).
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
