Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors to the office in a professional and friendly manner, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Perform high-volume data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy, utilizing Microsoft Excel and CRM software.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems to ensure efficient record retrieval.
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as data verification and invoice processing.
- Coordinate schedules and appointments for management staff as needed.
- Provide general office support to ensure the workspace remains organized and functional.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Basic computer literacy (proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word and Excel).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a positive, customer-service-oriented attitude.
- No prior professional experience is necessary; on-the-job training will be provided.
