Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome all visitors and clients with a warm, professional demeanor, answering phones and directing inquiries efficiently.
- Administrative Support: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, manage email correspondence, and perform general clerical duties including filing and data entry.
- Scheduling: Manage the company calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meeting rooms, ensuring all logistics are handled smoothly.
- Customer Service: Address client inquiries with patience and accuracy, escalating complex issues to the appropriate department managers.
- Office Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized reception area and assist with basic office supply inventory and restocking.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of visitor logs and incoming correspondence.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, or in a customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
