Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize quantum algorithms for complex problem-solving in finance, logistics, and cryptography.
- Collaborate directly with hardware engineering teams to translate physical qubit limitations into software constraints.
- Implement error mitigation and fault tolerance strategies to ensure algorithmic reliability.
- Mentor junior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Contribute to the open-source quantum computing community and publish research papers.
- Lead the architectural planning for our 2026 quantum cloud platform.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, or Mathematics with a focus on Quantum Information.
- Extensive experience in programming languages such as Python, C++, and Q#.
- Deep understanding of linear algebra and complex probability theory.
- Proven track record of publishing research or implementing quantum algorithms on real hardware (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, or IonQ).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) is highly preferred.
