Responsibilities
- Design and execute quantum algorithms for complex optimization problems in finance, logistics, and pharmaceuticals
- Develop novel error-correction techniques for quantum processors operating at 100+ qubit scales
- Lead research initiatives in quantum machine learning frameworks for predictive analytics
- Collaborate with hardware teams to translate theoretical models into practical quantum applications
- Publish peer-reviewed research and present findings at international conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to patent portfolios for proprietary quantum technologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum algorithm development
