Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement the high-level architecture for the 2026 AI roadmap, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Research Integration: Translate theoretical research papers into deployable, production-grade machine learning models and microservices.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of senior engineers and data scientists, conducting code reviews and technical architecture planning.
- Optimization: Continuously optimize model inference latency and training throughput to meet enterprise-grade standards.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineering leads to align technical roadmaps with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex engineering challenges in large-scale systems.
- Communication: Excellent ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
