Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum error correction protocols for fault-tolerant systems
- Develop novel quantum machine learning algorithms for optimization problems

- Secure $5M+ in NSF/DARPA grants for quantum initiatives
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum information theory

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (3+ years post-doc)
- Published 5+ papers in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum programming frameworks
- Proficiency with superconducting qubit manipulation techniques
- Experience with quantum annealing systems (D-Wave, etc.)
