- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruption opportunities and build future-proof roadmaps
- Produce annual 'Horizon Scan' reports with validated predictions for 2026 market shifts
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions using emerging technologies
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and establish thought leadership
- Mentor junior strategists in futures methodologies and scenario planning
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or equivalent with 5+ years applied experience
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 3-5 year future scenario implementations
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI/ML, biotech, quantum)
- Proven ability to translate complex future trends into executable business strategies
- Experience with Delphi method and horizon scanning methodologies
- Published thought leadership in futurist or tech innovation publications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFMP) preferred
