Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Lead integration of quantum-classical hybrid systems to solve complex optimization problems
- Collaborate with research teams to prototype next-gen quantum algorithms and protocols
- Define security frameworks for quantum-resistant cryptographic systems
- Drive innovation in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant computing
- Mentor junior engineers in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Present quantum solutions to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum algorithm development
- Proven track record of leading quantum computing projects at scale
- Deep knowledge of quantum hardware (superconducting, photonic, trapped ion)
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum SDKs
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
