Responsibilities
- Design and lead implementation of 2026-focused tech roadmaps across quantum, AI, and biotech domains
- Champion ethical AI frameworks and sustainable computing practices for next-gen applications
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify and integrate emerging technologies
- Lead cross-functional sprints prototyping human-centric tech solutions
- Develop patent-pending architectures for decentralized data ecosystems
- Present innovation blueprints to C-suite and industry consortiums
- Mentor junior engineers in future-proof development methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record scaling quantum/AI systems to production
- Expertise in ethical tech frameworks and sustainable computing practices
- Experience with venture tech due diligence and integration
- Strong background in human-centered design and UX innovation
- Certification in quantum computing (IBM Qiskit or equivalent)
- Published research in top-tier tech journals (NeurIPS, Nature Tech)
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages
