Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Develop and articulate a comprehensive strategic roadmap for the next five years, aligning technological capabilities with business goals.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor global market trends, emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Biotech), and competitive landscapes to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Project Management: Spearhead high-stakes innovation projects, managing timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams to deliver breakthrough solutions.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate complex strategic concepts to non-technical stakeholders, driving buy-in and fostering a culture of innovation.
- R&D Collaboration: Partner with R&D departments to prototype and validate futuristic concepts before full-scale deployment.
- Performance Metrics: Establish KPIs to measure the success of innovation initiatives and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in a senior strategic or innovation role within the Technology or Consulting sectors.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining long-term visions and executing them in dynamic environments.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, Machine Learning, Blockchain) and their potential business applications.
- Leadership: Exceptional ability to lead diverse teams and influence senior leadership without direct authority.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Communication: Superior written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
