Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum algorithms and error-correction frameworks for 100+ qubit systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-classical hybrid computing architectures
- Partner with Fortune 500 clients to implement quantum solutions for optimization challenges
- Drive R&D initiatives in topological qubit stabilization and fault-tolerant computing
- Secure $5M+ in government and private quantum computing grants
- Mentor PhD researchers in quantum information theory and experimental physics
- Develop patent-pending quantum encryption protocols for 2026 security standards
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years developing quantum algorithms or superconducting qubit systems
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum error correction
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum programming frameworks
- Proven track record of leading quantum computing projects with $1M+ budgets
