- Create quantum algorithms for practical applications in optimization and machine learning
- Establish security protocols for quantum-resistant cryptography systems
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and venture partners
- Mentor junior quantum engineers in emerging quantum programming paradigms
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in quantum algorithm design and quantum circuit optimization
- Deep knowledge of quantum error correction codes (surface codes, LDPC)
- Experience with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Publication record in top-tier quantum computing journals or conferences
- Familiarity with cryogenic engineering and quantum control systems
