Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap for 2026, identifying key emerging technologies that will drive business value.
- R&D Leadership: Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and designers in prototyping next-generation solutions.
- Technology Assessment: Conduct deep-dive research into AI, Blockchain, and Edge Computing to evaluate feasibility and competitive advantage.
- Executive Communication: Present complex technical concepts and strategic insights to C-level stakeholders and investors.
- Vendor Management: Evaluate and select strategic technology partners and software vendors.
- Innovation Labs: Establish and manage an internal innovation lab to test and validate future concepts.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, product management, or technical strategy.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of AI/ML architectures, Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and Quantum Computing fundamentals.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to translate high-level business goals into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of influencing diverse audiences.
