Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning algorithms for real-world applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise-scale problems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate theoretical models into deployable solutions
- Lead research initiatives in quantum neural networks and optimization techniques
- Contribute to open-source quantum AI libraries and publish high-impact research papers
- Advise product teams on quantum-computing feasibility and implementation strategies
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum algorithm development and error mitigation
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Computer Science, or Physics (MS with exceptional experience considered)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Expertise in machine learning frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow) and algorithm optimization
- Strong mathematical background in linear algebra, probability, and quantum mechanics
- Published research in quantum computing or AI at top-tier conferences/journals
- Proficiency with high-performance computing environments and parallel programming
- Experience with cloud quantum computing platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex quantum concepts into practical applications
