Responsibilities

- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and metaverse integration
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies for competitive advantage
- Develop frameworks for ethical AI deployment and digital sovereignty
- Partner with product teams to translate futuristic concepts into actionable strategies

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in futuristic tech planning
- Proven track record in quantum computing, AI ethics, or blockchain innovation
- Expertise in developing long-term (5+ year) technology roadmaps
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight preferred
- Strong background in ethical tech frameworks and digital policy
- Experience presenting to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in emerging tech publications
- MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
