Responsibilities
- Lead the research and development of advanced Natural Language Processing (NLP) models, specifically focusing on LLM fine-tuning and alignment for 2026 standards.
- Architect scalable AI pipelines that integrate seamlessly with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy research models into production environments.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation to ensure model accuracy, safety, and ethical compliance.
- Stay ahead of emerging AI trends and propose innovative solutions to complex technical challenges.
- Mentor junior data scientists and researchers within the team.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field from a top-tier institution.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in designing, training, and deploying machine learning models at scale.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of Transformer architectures, Attention mechanisms, and Vector Databases.
- Experience with Generative AI tools, LLMs (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Claude), and RAG architectures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
