Responsibilities
- Architecture Design: Spearhead the architectural design and implementation of the 2026 Protocol, ensuring scalability, security, and high performance.
- Model Optimization: Optimize deep learning models for latency and throughput, pushing the boundaries of inference speed.
- Research & Development: Conduct research into novel neural network architectures and integrate cutting-edge findings into the 2026 stack.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years leading complex projects.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Ray).
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and reinforcement learning.
- Problem Solving: Strong ability to debug complex systems and optimize resource utilization.
