- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Collaborate with C-suite leadership to establish a comprehensive technical vision and strategy that aligns with business goals.
- Architect Future-Proof Solutions: Design scalable, resilient, and high-performance systems architecture that can handle the demands of emerging technologies by 2026.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Research, evaluate, and pilot cutting-edge technologies (e.g., advanced AI, quantum computing interfaces) to integrate into our core infrastructure.
- Technical Leadership: Lead a cross-functional team of architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Legacy Modernization: Oversee the strategic migration and modernization of legacy systems to ensure seamless interoperability with future platforms.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and secure buy-in for long-term initiatives.
- Compliance & Security: Ensure all architectural designs adhere to the highest standards of data security, privacy, and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior architectural role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP), microservices, and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Future-Forward Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and adapt strategies for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Strategic Planning: Proven track record of successfully defining and executing long-term technical strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical data into actionable business insights.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a focus on scalability and performance optimization.
