Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and models for diverse business applications.
- Lead the research and development of novel algorithms to drive product innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Data Science) to define technical requirements and roadmaps.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Optimize existing models for performance, accuracy, and inference speed.
- Stay abreast of the latest AI research and industry trends to integrate best practices.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Proven experience with large-scale distributed systems and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Deep understanding of deep learning architectures, NLP, or Computer Vision (depending on specialization).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
