Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors to the office in a professional and courteous manner, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Answer and manage incoming telephone calls, routing them to the correct department or taking accurate messages.
- Manage and schedule appointments and meetings using calendar software.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries with care.
- Assist with general office administration, including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy, organized, and welcoming at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar administrative support role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
