Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone systems and route calls to appropriate departments
- Coordinate executive calendars and schedule meetings using Outlook
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and manage office supply inventory
- Greet visitors, issue badges, and maintain visitor logs
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Assist with basic administrative tasks including data entry and filing
- Support office events and maintain reception area presentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional receptionist or front desk experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Professional demeanor with polished business appearance
- Experience with scheduling software (e.g., Calendly) preferred
