Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system with professionalism and efficiency
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring exceptional customer service
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail and package logistics
- Coordinate meeting room reservations and calendar management
- Maintain organized reception area and office supplies inventory
- Perform light administrative tasks (data entry, filing, document preparation)
- Support HR department with onboarding paperwork coordination
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years receptionist or front desk experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
