Responsibilities
- Manage professional front desk operations including call screening, visitor greeting, and appointment scheduling
- Perform accurate data entry for client information, meeting minutes, and correspondence documents
- Maintain digital filing systems and ensure document security protocols are followed
- Coordinate office logistics including mail processing, supply inventory, and equipment maintenance
- Support administrative staff with document preparation and digital record management
