Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations including greeting visitors, handling inquiries, and directing communications
- Perform accurate data entry for client information, schedules, and business documents
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems with strict confidentiality protocols
- Coordinate office calendars, meeting arrangements, and travel logistics
- Process incoming/outgoing mail, shipments, and deliveries
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks including expense tracking and invoice processing
- Support administrative staff with document preparation and office supply management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- 1+ years receptionist or administrative experience
- Proficiency in data entry with 10,000+ keystrokes per hour and 98% accuracy
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
