- Process incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and office supplies inventory
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems with strict confidentiality protocols
- Support HR and accounting departments with document preparation
- Assist with basic office equipment troubleshooting and maintenance
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year receptionist or administrative support experience
