Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring a positive first impression of our company culture.
- Communication Hub: Answer and screen incoming calls professionally, transferring inquiries to the appropriate personnel promptly.
- Mail & Logistics: Sort, distribute, and manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier services efficiently.
- Administrative Support: Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining organized digital and physical records.
- Scheduling: Manage the calendar for senior staff, including scheduling meetings and coordinating conference room availability.
- Customer Service: Address visitor inquiries and provide accurate information regarding our services and company policies.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or certificate in Office Administration is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative support role.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Interpersonal: Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Reliability: Punctual, organized, and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
