- Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome visitors with a professional demeanor, directing them appropriately.
- Communication Hub: Answer and screen incoming calls, take accurate messages, and route calls to the correct departments.
- Mail & Logistics: Sort and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently.
- Administrative Support: Assist with data entry, filing, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional support to clients and employees via phone, email, or in person.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 1-2 years of professional receptionist or administrative support experience preferred.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly phone manner.
