Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors to the office with a professional demeanor and manage the reception area to ensure a tidy and organized environment.
- Answer and screen incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate department or personnel in a timely and courteous manner.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, stamping, and distributing packages.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining digital records.
- Schedule appointments and manage the company calendar for executive staff members.
- Order office supplies and manage inventory to ensure the reception area is fully stocked.
- Provide general information to callers and visitors regarding company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Reliable transportation is preferred.
