Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk reception area to ensure a professional and welcoming environment for all visitors and clients.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a polite and efficient manner.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining digital records with high accuracy.
- Schedule appointments and manage the company calendar.
- Handle basic inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
