Responsibilities
- Front Desk Operations: Greet and welcome visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a professional first impression.
- Phone Management: Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls with a polite and efficient demeanor.
- Scheduling: Manage the company calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meeting rooms.
- Administrative Support: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, process invoices, and assist with data entry.
- Customer Service: Address visitor inquiries and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Office Maintenance: Maintain the reception area in a clean, organized, and orderly fashion.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role is preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professionalism: Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Availability: Must be available to work part-time hours (approx. 20-30 hours per week).
