Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly and professionally in person and over the phone.
- Manage the front desk operations, including answering multi-line phone systems and directing calls.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages efficiently.
- Schedule appointments and manage the company calendar using Microsoft Outlook or Google Calendar.
- Handle basic data entry and maintain accurate filing systems, both physical and digital.
- Assist with office supply inventory and general administrative tasks as needed.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy, organized, and welcoming at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1 year of professional receptionist or administrative assistant experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone manner.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required.
