Responsibilities

- Manage the front desk, including mail distribution, package handling, and maintaining a tidy reception area.
- Schedule appointments and manage the company calendar.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and preparing meeting materials.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
