Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to appropriate departments
- Greet visitors and ensure exceptional customer service
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain organized reception area and common spaces
- Assist with basic administrative tasks (scheduling, data entry)
- Coordinate office supplies inventory
- Support event coordination as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years receptionist or customer service experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
