- Manage multi-line phone system with exceptional call handling and routing
- Greet visitors warmly and coordinate meeting room scheduling
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and shipments accurately
- Maintain reception area cleanliness and professional ambiance
- Assist with basic clerical tasks including data entry and filing
- Support office supply inventory and procurement processes
- Collaborate with administrative team on special projects
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year receptionist or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
- Professional appearance and polished telephone etiquette
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Flexibility to work 20-25 hours weekly (including weekends)
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license preferred
