Responsibilities
- Manage incoming phone calls and emails, routing them to the appropriate personnel with professionalism.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain comprehensive filing systems for both digital and physical documents.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
- Greet visitors warmly and provide general administrative support to the office team.
- Assist with the preparation of invoices, reports, and internal correspondence using Microsoft Office.
- Monitor and replenish office supplies to ensure daily operations are uninterrupted.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
