Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet visitors and clients professionally, managing the front desk operations to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Administrative Support: Handle a variety of clerical tasks including data entry, filing, and document preparation with high accuracy.
- Communication: Screen and redirect incoming calls, as well as compose and distribute emails and memos efficiently.
- Scheduling: Assist in managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings for the executive team.
- Inventory Control: Monitor office supply levels and place orders as needed to ensure seamless operations.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate digital and physical records of financial transactions and client interactions.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree or certification in office administration is a plus.
- Experience: Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar office support role.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software is highly desirable.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
