- Data Management: Accurately enter data into our CRM and Excel spreadsheets, ensuring all records are up-to-date and confidential.
- Calendar Management: Assist in scheduling appointments and managing the executive team's calendars to optimize efficiency.
- Document Preparation: Create, edit, and format documents, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office Suite.
- General Office Maintenance: Keep the reception area and common spaces tidy and organized to foster a professional environment.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree or administrative certification is a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience as an office assistant, receptionist, or administrative clerk is preferred.
