- Proofread all data entry and correspondence to ensure zero errors.
- Collaborate with the finance and operations teams to reconcile reports and spreadsheets.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote productivity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associateās degree preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry, administrative assistance, or office support.
- Fast and accurate typing speed (minimum 45 WPM).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
