We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team in Los Angeles, California. As a key member of our front office, you will provide essential support to senior management and ensure the smooth operation of our daily business activities.

Responsibilities
- Manage and schedule executive calendars, meetings, and conference calls, ensuring no conflicts arise.
- Compose, proofread, and distribute professional correspondence, including emails, memos, and presentations.
- Screen and route incoming calls and visitors, taking detailed messages when necessary.
- Prepare travel itineraries and arrange domestic and international accommodations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems, both digital and physical, for easy retrieval.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, including expense reports and invoice processing.
- Coordinate office events, vendor meetings, and client visits.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or administrative certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a polished professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software is preferred.
