Responsibilities
- Perform high-speed data entry with 99% accuracy into CRM systems and spreadsheets.
- Manage and organize digital and physical filing systems efficiently.
- Assist in preparing and formatting documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Handle incoming communications, including email correspondence and phone inquiries.
- Coordinate schedules and calendar management for department leadership.
- Conduct research and compile data for internal projects.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in administrative support and data entry roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong typing speed (minimum 45 WPM) and attention to detail.
