Responsibilities
- Calendar & Scheduling: Manage complex calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate internal and external meetings with precision.
- Communication Management: Act as the primary point of contact for phone and email inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
- Document Preparation: Draft, proofread, and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Office Operations: Maintain an organized filing system (digital and physical) and manage office inventory and supplies.
- Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing company events, including logistics, catering, and attendee management.
- Data Management: Update and maintain client databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional administrative support experience, preferably in a corporate or fast-paced environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with CRM software is highly desirable.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Organization: Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively under pressure.
- Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and occasional evening or weekend work as needed.
