Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Manage complex calendars for senior executives, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements with precision.
- Communication Hub: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling phone inquiries, emails, and correspondence professionally.
- Document Control: Prepare, proofread, and distribute reports, presentations, and memos using Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Office Operations: Maintain an organized physical and digital filing system, ensuring data integrity and easy retrieval of documents.
- Event Coordination: Assist in planning and logistics for company events, meetings, and team-building activities.
- Data Entry: Accurately input and update data into CRM systems and spreadsheets, maintaining high standards of accuracy.
- Support Projects: Provide ad-hoc support for various departmental projects as needed, demonstrating a proactive and can-do attitude.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administrative support, office management, or a related field.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
