- Manage and organize digital and physical files, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance with company standards.
- Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and coordinating meetings for the executive team.
- Prepare and distribute internal reports, memos, and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Handle incoming inquiries via email and phone, routing them to the appropriate departments promptly.
- Perform light bookkeeping tasks, including expense tracking and invoice verification.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Data Entry Clerk (1+ years preferred).
- High typing speed (minimum 45 WPM) and excellent accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
