Responsibilities
- Manage and organize incoming correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail, ensuring all inquiries are addressed promptly.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for the management team.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Handle front-desk reception duties, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately.
- Order and maintain office supplies and inventory levels.
- Support various departmental projects as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree or certification in Office Administration is preferred.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in an office support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
