Responsibilities
- Schedule Management: Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and manage appointments for executive leadership.
- Document Control: Prepare, proofread, and distribute internal memos, reports, and correspondence with a focus on accuracy.
- Communication Hub: Act as the primary point of contact for incoming calls and emails, routing inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Data Entry & Filing: Maintain accurate digital and physical records, update databases, and perform routine filing.
- Office Support: Order and maintain office supplies, manage inventory, and assist with basic IT troubleshooting.
- Event Coordination: Assist in planning and organizing team-building events, client meetings, and company functions.
- Travel Arrangements: Book travel arrangements, including flights and accommodations, for staff members.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of administrative or office support experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Organization: Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to Detail: Must demonstrate a high level of accuracy in data entry and document preparation.
- Flexibility: Ability to work a part-time schedule with some evening or weekend availability as needed.
