Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate complex meeting logistics
- Handle incoming communications, including calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism
- Maintain accurate filing systems and digital records using Microsoft Office Suite
- Process invoices, expense reports, and financial documentation with meticulous attention to detail
- Coordinate office logistics including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships
- Assist with onboarding processes, new hire paperwork, and HR documentation
- Support special projects including data analysis, report compilation, and presentation preparation
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent administrative certification required
- Minimum 2 years of administrative support experience in professional settings
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
